Tee Time Booking / Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your reservation, you agree to abide by the cancellation policy of the golf course. If you fail to provide the required notice of cancellation, the course may debit your credit card for any assessed fees, which may include the initial reservation fee & taxes.

Reservations for the general public may be made 8 days in advance. Bull Run Golf Club members may make tee time reservations up to 14 days in advance.
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. Any reservations not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged a No Show fee by our Golf Shop Staff.
Dress Code:
Bull Run Golf Club requires proper golf attire on the course as well as the practice facilities. For men all shirts must have sleeves and a collar: for ladies all shirts must have sleeves and/or a collar. Inappropriate attire for Bull Run Golf Club includes denim of any sort, cut off shorts, athletic pants/shorts, spandex, tank tops, halter tops, and/or tee shirts.
